Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that your order is eligible for a return 14-days post delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn and unused, with all tags in its original packaging. A receipt and proof of purchase will also be necessary.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@glowrevivalbeauty.com. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that it is up to the customer to pay any return fees.

Damages

If, by some chance, you happen to receive a damaged item, kindly record a video showcasing the issue and promptly send it to us. After we receive and inspect the video, we will dispatch a replacement product for you. It is our company policy to swiftly replace any faulty items rather than provide a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you about the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

European Union

In the event that the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the option to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any specific justification. Similarly, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
